Find Prospects

Pro

Search by industry, revenue range, geography, and job titles to discover contacts across multiple companies. Perfect for exploring new territories or industries.

Import List

Pro & Lite

Upload your own CSV or Excel file with contact names and companies. AI generates personalized outreach for each contact in your list — great for working existing pipelines.

Here's the step-by-step flow for generating personalized pitches with Sales IQ.

Select your BDE Profile

Choose your BDE Profile from the left sidebar — or simply sign in, and Sales IQ auto-detects your profile.

Choose a mode

Select Target Company, Find Prospects, or Import List depending on your objective.

Enter your target

For Target Company: type the company name, add target roles if needed, then click Generate.

AI does the heavy lifting

The AI researches the company, matches the best battle card to each contact's role, then generates a research summary, LinkedIn connection request, InMail, and cold call script.

Work while it generates

Contacts appear in the playbook as they complete — you can start working with ready contacts while others are still generating.

Review outreach packages

Click any contact to see their full outreach package in the right panel — research summary, LinkedIn pitch, InMail draft, and cold call script.

Refresh Intel

Use the green Refresh Intel button to regenerate a contact's pitch with updated research — useful when you have new context.

AI-matched to every contact

Sales IQ automatically selects the best battle card for each contact based on their role, ensuring every pitch speaks to what matters most to them.

A Director of Embedded Systems gets the Embedded Systems battle card; a VP of Plant Operations gets the Plant Engineering card.
Admins can add custom battle cards in the admin panel to cover new verticals or specializations.

Small adjustments that make a big difference in outreach quality.

Be specific with company names

Use the full legal or commonly known name — e.g., "Acuity Brands Lighting" instead of just "Acuity." This helps the AI find the right company and accurate decision-makers.

Use the Target Personas field

Narrow results to the roles most relevant to your territory. Specifying "VP Engineering, Director of Manufacturing" focuses the search on high-value contacts.

Add BDE Notes before Refresh Intel

Write your personal intelligence (recent conversations, deal context, competitive intel) in BDE Notes before clicking Refresh Intel. The AI weaves your insights directly into the regenerated pitch.

Set a BDE POV for your session

Use the BDE POV field in the sidebar to set a strategic angle — e.g., "focus on automation modernization" or "emphasize cost reduction." This shapes every generated pitch in the session.

The LinkedIn connection request is capped at 300 characters — it's already optimized for maximum acceptance rate. Copy and send as-is.
