How it works:
Microphone mode (Mac): Play Teams audio through speakers. MeetPilot captures via your mic. Best if you're not wearing headphones.
Screen Share mode (Windows): Select your entire screen, check "Share audio", and MeetPilot captures system audio directly.
Screen Capture: If enabled, you'll be asked to share your screen — MeetPilot takes a screenshot every 30s so the AI can see slides, charts, and shared content being presented.
Click Start Listening and allow access when prompted
